report indicts armymen for killing two civilians....

The magisterial inquiry has indicted armymen for killing of two civilians in Sopore earlier in Feb 2009.

But the biggest irony of this case (and which also is there in Manipur) is that these army men cannot be prosecuted by the state as the army in J&K enjoy impunity for their actions under Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act, 1958.

Let us see what the army and the defense ministry does to the murderers in army dress.
